Quarterly Prayer Request Thread – 2019

Hey there! This is an open thread meant for anyone to be able to request prayers for whatever they’d like! You may be as specific or vague as you’d like and we will do our best to pray for you! We will start a new prayer request thread every quarter, so this one will be good until then. If you can, we would also love to hear any updates on prayer requests.

James 5:16 tells us to,

“Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.”

God bless!

  1. I am struggling to fight an addiction. Could really use prayers.

A friend of mine isn’t really in a good position with his family or the church. It doesn’t look good.

  2. I would greatly appreciate prayers for some big career stuff that will be going down on October 18th… it would be amazingly life changing for the GOOD, if the Lord be willing, and I would really greatly appreciate the prayers of my brothers and sisters in Christ, if you don’t mind 🙂

Basically, the thing I’ve always dreamed of doing for a career, for my entire life, is right in front of me, but it’s kind of a “now or never” situation… I really need the Lord on my side because the odds are technically against me, but I remain positive and believe that he will help me through it. It’s a career that I personally believe would allow me to glorify and honor him and serve him with my talents more effectively than any other career at my disposal, and it’s a really big deal for me personally, if it would be the good Lord’s will for me to achieve this.

So please help me pray for the success of the career, as well as for strength and confidence on my end toward God, so that I won’t doubt my prayers or be unsure of his willingness to bless and protect. Thank you!
